By accessing and using the Miné Hair website (minehair.ch), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Products & Availability

All wigs are one-of-a-kind pieces crafted from 100% Vietnamese raw hair. Due to the unique nature of each piece, once a wig is sold it cannot be reordered in the exact same specification. Prices are listed in CHF and include applicable VAT for Swiss customers.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed via Stripe.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and TWINT.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at time of purchase is final.

4. Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details on delivery timelines, shipping costs, and international availability.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of wigs and hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to initiate a claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and video — is the property of Miné Hair and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Miné Hair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.
